Our mission is to serve as a central hub for this experience, infusing compassion and care into the world while inspiring a profound appreciation for life. It is a universal space, free from sectarianism.
The "electrified life", as we call it, is about living in harmony with a higher existence that emerges from the cultivation of the higher self, embodying a vibrant energy.
We promote personal development practices that empower individuals to achieve these transformative goals.
Electrified life is the outward expression of the resonating inner vibrance of this pursuit.
It can cultivate and amplify personal magnetism.
WHAT DOES THE NAME MIGĀPAE MEAN?
Migāpae is a combination of two words; Mi - ancient Nile valley origin and it means "of or to extend from something".
Agape, of Ancient Greek origin, means 'unconditional love'. Similar phonetic elements of the word can be found in various other ancient cultures. We embrace this continuity of thought.
It essentially means "a renewed humanitarian extension of unconditional love".
This phrase offers a unique way of expressing expansive compassion towards others, oneself, and life as whole.

The Migāpae heart symbol, as it's called, carries a festive allure. It represents an expansive love and compassion for oneself, humanity, and life in general. It also represents renewal, as flowers are known to symbolize this element.
Affectionally known as the universal symbol of music (sound), nature, and emotions. It embodies the interconnectedness of these elements.
We encourage you to wear the seal close to your inner being, allowing it to enhance your connection with love, harmony, and the world around you.

Royal purple embodies calm, luxury and introspection, offering a meditative quality.
The shimmering light gold adds a touch of intensity, bringing peaceful vibrance and elegance.
Together, they form an inspiring symbol that blends a sense of renewal, richness, and heightened energy, while evoking imagination and creativity.
IS IT A HOLIDAY?
Yes, it's a holiday primarily celebrated during the renewal period of the spring equinox, and secondarily during the joyful season leading up to the winter equinox.
However, given the purpose of this holiday, the principles are intended to be internalized and expressed consistently. We strive for these principles to become a state of being, extending beyond just the peak holiday celebratory periods.
THE MIGAPĀPAE EXPANSIVE MINDSET
As, widespread morale and quality of life continues to decline, it becomes essential to establish deep-rooted, holistic life principles that reaffirm, sustain, and elevate well-being. In many cases, a revolution of values is not only beneficial but necessary.
Seek out the good in the world and you'll find it.
Proper exercise, proper breathing, proper, proper relaxation, proper diet, an intake of much water and positive thinking are requisite attendants that leads to a healthy dynamic and effective existence.
Step across the thresholds of your mind to the powers of your higher mind and higher self.
True worth is measured from within.
The majesty of a person is reflected by what they do from the inner facet of their nature rather than the outer.
It's the spirit not the matter the gives.
Life lacks purpose when you don't direct it to inner gifts and endowments.
Bring the majesty of spirit to the forefront and let it circulate throughout all of your affairs.
It's the inner mystic potential that affects all things.
Do things to the best of your ability.
Expand you imagination-it is the blueprint of creation.
Utilize the power of the mind through positive thinking, meditation, and visualization. If you have a goal in mind visualize obtaining it. What you envision, you can achieve.
Self-mastery begins with control-of both the lower and higher aspects of our nature.
You're either in control, or you're under control.
Before we can lead or influence anything outside of ourselves, we must first learn to govern what lies within: our fears, doubts, insecurities, and ego.
The ego is the greatest obstacle to peace. It fills the mind with comparisons-whether we are better or worse than others.
The ego is the most challenging part of the mind to control. A powerful exercise in ego-reduction is to do something from which you gain nothing.
If you are depressed you are living in the past, if you are anxious you are living in the future, if you are at peace you are living in the present.
Appreciation grounds in the present. Most people live in constant thought loops-reliving the past or worrying about the future, but when you genuinely appreciate a moment, you access the power of now. This shift not only brings clarity but has a positive physiological impact on the brain.
A mindset with cultivating: want less, appreciate more.
We live in an age of rampant vulgarity-online, in public discourse, and in everyday communication. Sometimes even being slanderous with no self control. Decorum matters. More people are injured by words than by weapons.
Hyper-emotionalism is increasingly common-anger, anxiety, erratic behavior dominate our emotional landscape. That's why it's essential to always THINK before you act-or at least act like your're thinking.
The worst exercise is jumping to conclusions.
These principles have universal value. Like the concept of the "unmoved mover", they stand firm across belief systems-spiritual, cultural or personal. They're tools for empowerment, self-betterment, and a fuller life. What uplifts one has the power to uplift many.
We encourage individuals to expand their understanding and actively engage in self-development beyond these measures, embracing growth as a lifelong journey.

However, improper cleaning can damage your phone and may only remove dirt without eliminating harmful bacteria. To clean your device safely and effectively, refer to our menu section to purchase suitable electronic device wipes and read the proper cleaning instructions.
Support brick-and-mortar establishments and social spaces.
Do not harbor hate-it only weakens your inner self.

HUMANITARIAN VIEW ON LIFE
We accept as fact the highest laws of nature is the cooperation and harmony of all living things.
We accept as fact the total unification of all humanity on the basis of truth, that is: accepting people, races, orientation, and respecting their culture, their language, creeds and beliefs.
Don't just look at people, look in them, that's where you'll find true beauty.
When it comes to judging or evaluating others, it's wise to open your heart before you open your mouth.
Greet all in peace and with a sincere heart.
Only by building a stronger family tie can we ever build a better world, the two goals merge together.
It's a worldwide human community for the survival, expansion and advancement of the human race.
Fade out all dealings with evil, disagreeable people that harbor hate and hostility towards other people-flee from the appearance of evil.
Our aim is to shrink racism and expand humanism.
The problems of the world are bigger than race and orientation.
We accept as fact that communication between different people is the core to the ignorance that breeds disease hate.
We strive to live in harmony with the laws of nature.
It's a new rebirth which will lead to a more peaceful world, what a magnificent time.
AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENERGETIC HEART
Scientific studies have shown that focusing attention on the heart and using various breathing techniques while cultivating positive thoughts can contribute to a sense of renewal, positively impacting both mental and physical well-being.
The heart has its own form of intelligence, distinct from the brain. When the heart and brain are energetically aligned, it can unlock greater vitality, energy and harmony.
This alignment creates emotional balance and clear insight, which can improve thinking, boost health, and reduce stress.
It also promotes calmness, peace, compassion, creativity, and joy, while stabilizing one's response to external circumstances.
Additionally, this practice can help alleviate physical pain stored in the body due to negative thoughts and eliminate harmful thought patterns.
Renewal is a central theme of Migāpae, and brain-heart intelligence plays a crucial role in this process.
A FEW SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE EXERCISES TO BOOST YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING
Walking Meditation (Migāpae Walk)
The benefit of a walking meditation is that it helps the mind shift between thoughts, promoting mental flexibility. It can elevate mood and reduce anxiety through its rhythmic movement and focused attention.
Instructions -
Walk with your head up, chin slightly tucked in, shoulders back, and with a measured stride.
Inhale deeply, mentally counting 1 through 0-one count for each step. Then exhale slowly through your nose, again counting 1 through 9.
Repeat until you feel tired, then rest as needed. Resume at your leisure, and repeat several times a day. If outdoors, take time to appreciate the beauty of nature.
This practice helps to align the heart, generating feelings of energy, peace, happiness, and balance.
Heart Align Meditation
Inhale and tense your entire body, then exhale with a double breath and relax. Shift your awareness to your heart. Maintain your focus on the heart as you take five to eight slow breaths, imagining you're breathing from your heart.
Generate the core heart feeling of appreciation by recalling a person or memory that helps to evoke this expansive emotion.
Sustain this heart-centered focus and feeling for three to four minutes or longer.
Conclude by thanking your heart for its wisdom and setting an intention to remain connected to it throughout the day.
Suggested 4 four to five times a week.
Cold Water Refresh
Scientifically, splashing or washing your face with cold water can elevate your mood by triggering endorphin release, increasing brain function, and sharpening focus. It also promotes a sense of freshness and renewal-the core feeling behind the Migāpae concept.
Additional benefits include smoother skin and reduced puffiness. Gently wash your face with cold water to refresh your body and mind.
Reframing Negativity Bias
Negativity bias is the tendency to focus on negative experiences over positive ones is linked to psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety.
Counter negativity bias with positivity perception, try the following:
When a negative thought arises, consciously replace it with a positive one and hold that thought in your awareness for a while. In addition, set negative thoughts aside and choose not to engage with them, ignore them.
You can also observe your thoughts as if watching a movie-this mindful detachment can be incredibly effective.
Most importantly, be mindful of how you react to negative thoughts. Struggling with them can give them power. Gently guiding your mind, rather than fighting it, is more effective.
Strengthening Attention and Concentration
It has been proven that the average attention span has decreased over the years due to the widespread use of cellphones and other digital devices. This decline in focus can hinder personal communications and contribute to a more distracted and less meaningful interaction dynamic.
A powerful exercise is to become fully present when someone speaks-listen with the intent of being able to repeat their words back. Truly enter their words; treat your ears as a tunnel to your heart.
Gratitude Writing Practice
Gratitude writing is a powerful exercise that helps both the writer and the reciter expand their awareness through appreciation and empathy, using meaningful personal stories.
Writing in story form engages the brain in a way that can shift emotions-replacing anxiety and fear with motivation and even profound joy. This practice can be especially transformative when done in a group setting.
How to Begin:
Write a story about a time when someone expressed gratitude for something you did. Reflect deeply on how it made you feel to receive that appreciation.
On a separate sheet of paper, break down the story into three parts:
What the struggle was, What the help or action was and how that affected you emotionally.
Another way to perform this exercise is to write from the perspective of someone else. Tell a story about how they were helped and how that experience impacted them emotionally. Use the same three-part structure:
The struggle, the help, the emotional outcome.
After writing the full story once, you can create a shorthand or bullet-point version of it for easier repetition. Repeat the process regularly to reinforce the emotional and psychological benefits.
M.I. (MIGĀPAE INTELLIGENCE)
Migāpae is dedicated to promoting human advancement. As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to evolve and replace human cognitive abilities, it becomes increasingly crucial for humanity to progress in parallel.
Our growth should encompass intellectual, moral, social and spiritual development uniting as a global human family. Welcome to the world of M.I. Migāpae Intelligence. This innovative concept promotes the advancement of mental and emotional faculties, sound (music), the body, and the utilization of the natural world, all deeply intertwined with the human experience.
Migāpae is grounded in the development of dormant mental and physical potential.
HOW WE EXUDE OURSELVES AT OUR GATHERINGS AND EVENTS
At our gatherings, the principles of Migāpae radiate naturally through our actions and conversations, creating an atmosphere that is both intellectual and vibrant. This expression of our values adds a personal flair and energy to the environment.
We also enhance the visual experience by incorporating bold, expressive colors into our attire. Whether it's the logo, the overall clothing, or just a subtle accent within the wardrobe, these touches bring life and character to the setting.
These expressions reflect the spirit of Migāpae celebrating vibrant renewal and the overarching theme of a dynamic, authentic presence.
DISCOURAGED BEHAVIOR
We discourage divisive and inflammatory discussions in a Migāpae environment or setting, this means:
No discussion on politics
No discussions on religion or gender policies, unless they foster unity and strengthen bonds among people. We embrace all individuals, races, orientations, and respect their cultures, languages, creeds, and beliefs.
No discussions on financial matters unless focused on improving quality of life.
No negative, down-spiraling conversations unless aimed at identifying and addressing problems.
This is a place for solace, to decompress and find peaceful harmony. It is also a solution oriented environment. We don't dwell on society's woes, instead we rise above and focus on overcoming challenges.
